✅ Accepted products
• Unused products in original condition
• With labels and tags still attached
• In original packaging
• Within 14 days of receipt
❌ Products not accepted
• Used or washed products
• Without labels or tags
• Damaged by the customer

• Refunds only (we do not do exchanges)
